This versatile balsamic is perfect for salads, drizzled over mozzarella and tomatoes, or paired with other cheeses. Try pouring a little into a small dish for dipping brie. It's also amazing with meat and even elevates strawberries and cream!

Great taste evaluation: This is a glorious deep purple balsamic reduction. There are acetic notes on the nose along with the blackcurrant. On tasting, it does sing in the mouth. Bright with fresh blackcurrant flavour followed by subtle sweet sharpness from the balsamic. We think this is clever and innovative and would be a very useful condiment in the kitchen. Amazing vibrant colour and zesty aroma. This sauce packs an astonishing punch and the balance of sharpness and sweetness works in harmony.
