This Orange & Chili Marmalade, also known as "HOT Orange," is a proven classic, especially when paired with cheese, and makes a unique gift set for a loved one or yourself. The warming Spanish sun annually produces juicy, sweet organic oranges, and these are the only ones we use to craft our winner in the prestigious The World's Original Marmalade Awards. This marmalade also contains a bit of zest for a very subtle hint of bitterness.

A soft texture releases a subtle flavour of the orange with the chilli adding a little heat on the finish.  This is a very attractive marmalade whose pink and red tints hint of the chilli. The texture is soft and juicy and easy to spoon. There is plenty of fresh natural vibrant orange flavour which is citrussy and bright as well as having notes of bitterness and tang.  The grenadine adds a subtle condensed sweetness and the chilli a lasting, warming gentle heat. This is a really well balanced, innovative and unique product that we would love to use in the kitchen.
