This year's pear jam, however, isn't as sweet! We used a tarter pear variety for its production. It's also excellent when paired with cheeses like Brie. You'll know this pear jam contains real vanilla by the tiny black specks right in your jar. While synthetic vanillin is often used, its aroma, though reminiscent of vanilla, lacks the delicious and subtle flavor of the real thing. That's why we only add natural Bourbon vanilla to our pear jam, which will enchant you with its perfectly balanced taste.
