Rosehip Jam
The autumn sun's rays conjure beautiful red fruits on rosehip bushes, which our grandmothers picked, knowing they yielded the most enchantingly good, thick, sweet, and tart rosehip jam. Perfect for tea, sauces, or simply by the spoonful – it's just wonderful!
MarmeLinda's Rosehip Jam is a true autumn treasure. We hand-pick the rosehips ourselves in the purest natural settings. While our grandmothers would meticulously scoop out seeds and hairs from each tiny rosehip with a spoon, we prefer to strain them through a very fine cloth. The result is a smooth, piquant rosehip paste, simmered with a bit of sugar and entirely free of synthetic preservatives or dyes.
You can use it to prepare a fantastic rosehip sauce, but even if you prefer wild boar with cabbage, you'll surely enjoy it on its own or on bread. Given its high vitamin C content, rosehip is an excellent companion for boosting immunity. Try adding it to tea, pouring warm water over it, and warming up when the fog rolls in outside your window.
