    Spruce syrup contains strong macerate of spruce shoots, sugar, lemon juice, citric acid. It is intended to be diluted, spooned and added to tea. Sediment is not a problem, shake before use. Store in the refrigerator after opening. I recommend a tablespoon 3 times a day for coughing.
